Associate - Debt Capital Markets​/CIS - Investment Banking

We’re looking for a talented and driven Russian-speaking Associate to strengthen our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team within the Investment Banking Division. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of transaction execution and client engagement, particularly across the CIS and Caucasus regions, while working closely with senior bankers on live deals and new client mandates.

• Contribute to the origination of DCM transactions by preparing client materials, pricing updates, and pitch documentation.
• Track market movements, issuer activity, and investor trends to identify potential opportunities and insights for clients.
• Maintain and enhance internal databases, ensuring accurate and timely updates on transactions, market statistics, and performance metrics.

• Take an active role in drafting and reviewing documentation for bond issues and related financing transactions.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders — including legal advisers, rating agencies, and investors — to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Support senior team members in drafting offering memoranda, investor presentations, and internal reports for management.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a solid understanding of capital markets and fixed income instruments.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive team player with strong organizational skills and the drive to manage multiple work streams under tight deadlines.
