This Director of Treasury vacancy is a senior leadership position responsible for establishing and executing the treasury strategy aligned with the logistics company’s growth ambitions. You will ensure efficient cash flow management, optimize capital structure, mitigate treasury risks, and support regional operations with robust funding and liquidity frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the group‑wide treasury strategy, including cash pooling, inter‑company funding, bank relationship management, and debt/working‑capital structuring.
• Manage liquidity, forecasting, and daily cash position in a multi‑jurisdiction, multi‑currency environment.
• Oversee foreign‑exchange exposures, hedging strategies, and currency risk in emerging‑market operations.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and regional subsidiaries to ensure treasury policies, controls, and procedures are embedded.
• Led treasury system enhancements, automated cash‑flow reporting, and treasury technology initiatives.
• Partner with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions to ensure compliance and best‑practice governance.
• Report to the CFO/Group Finance Director and contribute to capital allocation and growth decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline. CFA/CA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• At least 8‑12 years of treasury experience, preferably in logistics, freight‑forwarding, or multinational emerging‑market companies.
• Proven track record managing treasury in multi‑currency, multi‑entity environments, with exposure to emerging markets.
• Strong understanding of cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity management, FX risk management, debt structuring, and banking operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to work with senior stakeholders and global teams.
• Experience with treasury management systems, ERP integration, and process automation.
