Job Description
- Review and further develop the Workforce Affairs methodology, framework and strategy to implement, continually improve Inspection and development of policies towards ensuring compliance of zones’ rules and regulations in line with Federal Legislations & Authorities.
- Manage & direct the operations of the respective unit by providing specialist knowledge, coaching, training and development and encouraging and ensuring teamwork, and aligning work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives (accuracy, timeliness, and compliance). Act as a point of reference within own area specialisation.
