- Handle all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates
- Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, Dubai Municipality, and other government authorities
- Manage labor contracts, work permits, and company documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and construction industry regulations
- Process trade license renewals and company registrations
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and government records
- Coordinate medical tests, labor cards, and residency permits
- Monitor updates in UAE government policies and compliance requirements
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Dubai
, preferably in the construction sector - Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa procedures, and government portals
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, and free zones
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and documentation management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Valid UAE driving license
- Arabic language skills (advantage)
- Experience working with large construction or contracting companies
