Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact with government authorities for immigration, licensing, and regulatory matters.
- Manage visa processes, residency documentation, work permits, and related government approvals for employees and their dependents.
- Oversee company legal and corporate filings, including trade licenses, establishment cards, and statutory registrations.
- Maintain accurate records, track compliance deadlines, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met promptly.
- Provide guidance to employees and internal teams on government procedures and documentation needs.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with relevant government entities and service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in government relations, immigration, or PRO-related functions in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and corporate compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple priorities.
