Public Relations Officer - UAE National

We are seeking an experienced
* UAE NATIONAL PRO
* to manage all government-related processes and regulatory coordination for our operations.

This role is responsible for customs clearance, visa processing, visa cancelation, licensing, lease management, and vehicle registration
, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and smooth operational flow.

• Handle customs clearance procedures for incoming and outgoing cargo
• Coordinate with Sharjah Customs and Hamriyah Free Zone Authority
• Prepare and submit all required documentation (invoices, packing lists, permits)
• Ensure timely clearance and resolve customs-related issues

Act as the main liaison with:

• Hamriyah Free Zone Authority
• Immigration / MOHRE
• Manage all government approvals, submissions, and documentation
• Process:
  • Visa renewals and cancellations
  • Maintain employee records and track visa expiries
  • Ensure compliance with UAE immigration and labor regulations

• Manage trade license issuance and renewal
• Handle lease agreements and renewals within Hamriyah Free Zone
• Ensure all company documents remain valid and compliant

• Manage truck and vehicle registration, renewal, and ownership transfer with Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) and RTA
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and testing through approved centers
• Handle traffic file management, renewal, and fines settlement with Sharjah Police, Dubai Police, Federal road authorities
• Monitor and clear traffic violations, black points, and penalties
• Ensure full compliance of all company vehicles with UAE traffic laws and regulations

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as PRO in UAE
• UAE immigration and labor laws
• Customs clearance procedures
• Strong relationships with government authorities
• Excellent knowledge of UAE government portals and systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
