SALON SERVICES / BEAUTICIAN

To provide exceptional and professional beauty and spa services to clients in a high-end salon/spa environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, and contributing to sales targets.

• Perform a comprehensive range of beauty and spa treatments including, but not limited to: professional facials, body scrubs & wraps, full-body waxing & threading, manicures, pedicures, and basic hair styling.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand needs, recommend appropriate services, and manage expectations.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards by sterilizing all tools, equipment, and workstations according to established protocols.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for spa packages, treatment upgrades, and retail skincare/cosmetic products.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior beauticians and trainees.
• Accurately document client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure strict adherence to the salon/spa's policies, procedures, and the local cultural norms and regulations.
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain a tidy and inviting service environment.

• Essential: Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Hairdressing from a recognized institution.
• Preferred: International certification (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC) or specialized training in Microblading, Lash Extensions, or Advanced Dermatological Treatments.
• A verifiable portfolio of previous work (e.g., before/after photos) is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Culturally sensitive and adaptable to working in a multicultural environment.
