NAIL CARE EXPERT / NAIL TECHNICIAN

To deliver exceptional and hygienic nail care services, providing clients with expert treatments, creative nail art, and a luxurious experience that meets the high standards of our prestigious salon/spa.

• Perform a full range of nail services including professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, acrylic & hard gel extensions, nail repairs, and intricate nail art.
• Adhere to and maintain the highest international standards of sanitation, hygiene, and sterilization (using autoclaves, UV cabinets, and hospital-grade disinfectants).
• Conduct client consultations, understand their needs, and provide professional recommendations for services and aftercare retail products.
• Maintain and manage your appointment schedule via the salon's booking system to ensure optimal efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales targets for services and retail products through expert consultation and upselling.
• Keep your workstation impeccably clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times.
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, products, and industry developments.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings.

• A recognized Certificate or Diploma in Nail Technology.
• For International Roles:
  Valid international certification from brands like CND, O.P.I, or Gelish is highly preferred and often required.
• Proven experience as documented in a professional portfolio (digital/physical).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• For Gulf positions, understanding of and respect for local cultural norms is essential.
• Must pass the comprehensive pre-employment medical examination as required for the work visa.
