• Lead, supervise, and motivate the spa therapist team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure all treatments are performed according to brand standards and established protocols.
• Monitor therapist performance, productivity, and service quality.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related concerns professionally.
• Assist in scheduling therapists based on business levels and treatment bookings.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Support inventory control and proper usage of spa products.
• Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
• Assist Spa Manager with daily reports and operational tasks when required.

• Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a spa environment, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
