At One&Only we seek a Spa Therapist to join our spa team at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional treatments, maintaining five‑star client care, and supporting revenue generation through retail, upselling, and cross‑sales.
Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality spa treatments to guests in line with hotel brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and overall spa environment standards.
- Generate revenue through retail sales, upselling services and cross‑selling to other spa business centers.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure the best possible guest experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a luxury resort or five‑star hotel spa role.
- Strong background in health & beauty treatments.
- Creative, dynamic, passionate and flexible with good leadership skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Reports directly to the Spa Manager.
