Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Master Hairstylist & Makeup Artist to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in advanced hairstyling and professional makeup, with experience handling VIP clients and delivering high-quality results consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert hairstyling services including cutting, coloring, balayage, treatments, and styling
• Perform professional makeup applications (bridal, events, glam, HD makeup)
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Upsell salon services and retail products to meet sales targets
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a luxury or high-end salon
• Strong skills in advanced hair techniques (balayage, keratin, hair botox, extensions)
• Professional makeup artistry experience with a portfolio
• Good communication and consultation skills
• Ability to handle VIP and high-demand clients
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Certification is an advantage but not mandatory
