About My Care
MyCare Home Healthcare is a growing homecare provider in Dubai, committed to delivering safe, high-quality nursing and medical care in the comfort of our patients’ homes.
We are at an exciting growth stage and are looking for a Medical Compliance & Quality Officer who will help build and lead our compliance and quality framework from the ground up.
Role OverviewThe Medical Compliance & Quality Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all clinical and operational policies, procedures, and standards at MyCare.
This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who enjoys creating structure, writing SOPs, and ensuring that services meet the highest regulatory and clinical standards.
You will work closely with senior management and play a key role in shaping how MyCare operates and grows.
ResponsibilitiesPolicy & SOP Development
- Develop and maintain all clinical and operational SOPs in line with DHA Homecare Standards.
- Create Medical policies and manuals
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DHA, DM, and other relevant authorities.
- Prepare and maintain regulatory files and documentation for inspections and audits.
- Monitor and track DHA licensing and credentialing of clinical staff.
- Support license applications and renewals for the organization.
Quality Management
- Establish and support a Quality Management System (QMS) for MyCare.
- Conduct internal audits of clinical practice, documentation, and processes.
- Define and monitor quality indicators and KPIs.
- Lead corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) where needed.
Infection Control & Safety
- Implement and oversee infection-control policies for homecare services.
- Ensure compliance with DM requirements for hygiene, pest control, and medical waste management.
- Provide training and guidance on safe clinical and hygiene practices.
Training & Staff Development
- Plan and deliver training sessions on:
Infection control, Documentation standards, Patient safety, Homecare protocols - Maintain training and competency records for clinical staff.
Incident & Risk Management
- Implement an incident reporting and investigation process.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and near-misses.
- Recommend and monitor risk mitigation measures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related medical field.
- DHA license or DHA eligibility is required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare compliance, quality management, homecare, or clinical leadership.
- Strong understanding of DHA regulations, homecare standards, infection control, and Dubai Municipality health requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.
- With Driving License is A+
