To provide direct patient care and assist nursing staff in daily clinical tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene, patient safety, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Assist nurses in providing basic patient care (feeding, bathing, mobility support).
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the nursing team.
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort according to care plans.
- Assist in setting up medical equipment and preparing treatment areas.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, health, and safety protocols.
- Support patients and families with information and emotional care.
