Oxygen Home Health Care Center is looking for compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team. We are seeking Home Care Nurse Assistants. Experience in caring for individuals with Autism, managing peg tubes, and providing support for bedridden patients is highly preferred.
DHA certification is a plus.

• Provide individualized care to patients, emphasizing comfort and dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs to ensure tailored care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, focusing on Autism support and specialized care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to uphold high-quality care standards.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance patients' quality of life.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.

• Valid nursing license or certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Prior experience in home care or related healthcare roles is preferred.
• Experience with Autism, peg tube management, and care for bedridden patients is a plus.
• DHA certification is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to assist others at home.
