In this influential role, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care and leadership in the treatment of patients with complex cardiac rhythm disorders.
As a Senior Specialist in Cardiac Electrophysiology, you will lead clinical evaluations, perform sophisticated electrophysiology procedures, and mentor junior staff. Your extensive expertise will play a critical role in enhancing patient outcomes and advancing the practice of cardiac electrophysiology within our organization. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostics for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders
- Perform electrophysiology studies, advanced mapping, and catheter ablation procedures
- Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff and junior electrophysiologists
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to establish and implement personalized treatment strategies
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field
- Medical degree and a valid license to practice
- Board certification in Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating cardiac rhythm disorders
- Expertise in performing and interpreting advanced electrophysiology studies and catheter ablations
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
