- Assist registered nurses with daily operational and clinical activities.
- Administer basic care to patients under the supervision of senior staff.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and report unusual findings.
- Help patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and movement assistance.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of patient care areas and equipment.
- Contribute to the record‑keeping and updating of patient health information.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Coordinate patient transport to various departments or external facilities.
- Provide assistance in preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative patient care discussions.
- Learn and apply new healthcare protocols and practices as required.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Completion of a recognized nursing assistant program or equivalent qualification.
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle various caregiving duties daily.
- Basic computer skills for accessing and updating electronic health records.
