This position is designed for recent graduates or those early in their surgical careers, offering a chance to gain experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

As a Junior Specialist in Visceral Surgery, you will work closely with experienced surgeons and healthcare professionals to assist with various surgical procedures. This role will be critical in helping you develop your skills in surgical techniques, patient care, and surgical planning, while contributing to the health and recovery of patients.

• Assist in performing a variety of visceral surgical procedures under the supervision of senior surgeons.
• Participate in pre-operative assessments and post-operative care of patients.
• Help in preparing and maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room.
• Monitor patients’ progress throughout their surgical journey and provide support to families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient interactions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Engage in continuous education and training to enhance clinical expertise.

• Medical degree (MD) with a focus on surgery or relevant specialty.
• A valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Previous clinical experience in a surgical setting is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new surgical techniques and practices.
