Managing all regulatory and licensing activities in compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations. The role ensures timely processing of licenses, permits, and approvals while maintaining full adherence to healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end licensing processes in line with MOH and DHA regulations
, including applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations. - Coordinate with MOH, DHA, and other regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.
- Ensure continuous compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation through relevant government portals.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, approvals, and official correspondence.
- Monitor license validity and proactively manage renewal schedules.
- Support internal departments with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Track regulatory updates and ensure internal processes align with new regulations.
- Handle inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews from health authorities.
- Resolve regulatory issues, non-compliance matters, and licensing delays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in licensing, regulatory affairs, or government relations within the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven experience working with MOH and/or DHA regulations and systems.
- Familiarity with health authority portals, compliance frameworks, and submission procedures.
- Experience in retail pharmacy operations or pharmacy licensing is a strong advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinic, hospital, or medical distribution environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MOH and DHA regulatory requirements and licensing procedures.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and regulatory accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple regulatory processes under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online government platforms.
- Professional ethics, confidentiality, and compliance-focused mindset.
