Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Midwife, based in Dubai. The Registered Midwife will provide comprehensive maternity care, including prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal support. Responsibilities include monitoring maternal and fetal health, counseling families, managing labor and delivery, and offering guidance on newborn care. They will also ensure compliance with healthcare standards and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
Qualifications- Certified qualifications in Midwifery and licensed to practice in relevant jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of maternal and child healthcare, including prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to support and counsel patients and families
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions
- Proficiency in healthcare documentation and adherence to regulatory standards
- Experience in multicultural or diverse healthcare settings is highly beneficial
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in maternal healthcare
