  • Develop, plan, market, and execute wellness initiatives and programs aligned with customer wellness interests and needs.
  • Gather and analyze data to evaluate the success of wellness programs, compile statistical summaries of participant attendance, and prepare comprehensive reports on all wellness campaign activities.
  • Support the Business Development team in preparing wellness presentations for tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Relationship Managers, and clients—including payers and brokers—on wellness campaigns and discount packages for insured members, managing end-to-end arrangements.
  • Create and update wellness processes and procedures.
  • Maintain the monthly wellness calendar in collaboration with Marketing Communications and Business Development, covering events such as Heart Day, Breast Cancer Awareness, Eye Check, and Flu Vaccines.
  • Develop and maintain a provider wellness database to expand the Employee Wellness Program.
  • Work closely with Marketing Communications to develop creative communication materials for client distribution.
  • Collaborate with the MPM team to negotiate annual health check-up packages, monthly discounted offers, and promotions; secure optimal health awareness campaigns through healthcare providers and support the Underwriting team in obtaining the best discounts for wellness benefits.
  • Attend and participate in provider meetings related to wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to organize wellness initiatives for employees.
  • Stay informed about national wellness initiatives and market activities.
  • Adhere to company service level agreements while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as needed, coordinating with logistics and other support functions when necessary.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role; training or certification in Project Management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong internet research skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, paying close attention to detail.
