We are seeking a results-driven Senior Surgical Sales Specialist to accelerate the growth of our Core Surgical business across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is a high-impact role for a strategic Med Tech professional who thrives in a competitive market, understands hospital decision-making, and can deliver strong revenue results.
You will own sales forecasting, competitive strategy, and key account growth, leveraging your deep knowledge of the UAE healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and tender processes to drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies
- Manage strategic hospital accounts and high-value stakeholders
- Lead product launches and market access initiatives
- Deliver executive-level sales reports and business insights
- 7+ years in Med Tech sales (Surgical/OR products required)
- Deep knowledge of UAE healthcare system, reimbursement models, and tender processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (forecasting, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
