VITAMINCA is seeking a full-time Medical Sales Representative to manage and expand our presence across Dubai and the Northern Emirates
. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting assigned medical products, and achieving agreed sales and coverage targets.
The Medical Sales Representative will work independently in the field, executing daily visits to doctors and pharmacies, providing accurate product information, and ensuring excellent customer engagement and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell VITAMINCA’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical portfolio to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare accounts
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Execute daily field visits and follow structured visit plans
- Provide scientific and product-related information to healthcare professionals
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of proven medical sales experience in Dubai and the Northern Emirates
- Prior experience dealing with Dubai Private Sector Healthcare is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of medical sales principles, pharmacy operations, and healthcare products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role
- Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory
