As Brand Manager for Oncology, you will lead the commercial strategy and day-to-day delivery for an oncology brand in Gulf region.
You will work closely with medical, market access, sales, insights and external partners to drive launch readiness, growth and patient access.

- Develop and deliver brand plans for launch and lifecycle stages in oncology aligned to local market needs.
- Design and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns for healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Translate market and patient insights into actionable plans to improve access and outcomes.
- Work cross‑functionally with medical, market access, sales and agencies to ensure aligned and timely execution.
- Equip field teams with training, materials and tools to support patient identification and appropriate use.
- Track brand performance, manage budget and report KPIs to inform business decisions.
This role is hybrid. You will split your time between the office and the field and should expect regular travel (approx. 50%) across the Gulf region to meet healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
BasicQualifications & Skills
- Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in Oncology within the Gulf region.
- Proven experience in brand planning, campaign execution or product launches.
- Strong Gulf stakeholder management and communication skills in English;
Arabic proficiency is an advantage. - Ability to travel across the Gulf as required.
- Knowledge of Gulf healthcare system, hospital pathways and reimbursement processes.
- Demonstrated success in product launch or lifecycle growth programs.
