The Role
The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the organization. This role involves conducting risk assessments, implementing safety policies, and promoting a culture of safety among employees.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Develop and implement health and safety policies
- Provide training and support to staff on safety practices
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health and safety management, with a focus on risk assessment and compliance.
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Experience in Construction exp, power plant is a plus
- GCC experience of at least 3 years is mandatory (UAE experience should be at least 2 years)
- Freelance immediate joiners are preferred
- Knowledge of environmental regulations
