To support clinical licensed staff in providing patient care support within scope of regulator guidelines and aligned with quality and patient safety standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS- Provide fundamental Patient Care under the guidance of licensed personnel
- Maintenance and supervision of Central Sterile Supply items in the ward
- Upholding and advocating for Patient Rights
- Participation in intentional rounds
- Provide general administrative services to the unit to ensure effective daily operations
High School Diploma or equivalent and a formal accredited 6-month Health care course OR Diploma in Nursing or equivalent from an institution accredited in home country
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE- Inpatient hospital setting as HCW
- Health Service background with a basic understanding of health and social care in a clinical setting
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Knowledge of the CSSD basic functions
- Manual handling and general ergonomic principles
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Functional numerical literacy
- Client service and related management principles
