- Perform and manage comprehensive quality assurance programs for all radiation therapy equipment, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and equipment performance.
- Provide expert clinical support to radiation oncologists, offering guidance on treatment techniques, protocols, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement new treatment techniques, staying at the forefront of advancements in radiation oncology and patient care.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all physics-related activities, adhering to institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
- Possesses a Master's or Doctoral degree in Medical Physics or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in physics principles.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing practical application of medical physics knowledge.
- Demonstrates proficiency in performing complex dose calculations and treatment planning, ensuring accurate and effective treatment delivery.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Displays strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of troubleshooting technical issues and developing innovative solutions.
