Multiple Veterinary Receptionist positions are available, with expansion into the wider GCC on the near horizon.
You’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic. You’ll work with modern practice management software and a pet‑owner app that automates much of the traditional admin, freeing you to deliver a genuinely personal client experience.
Day to day, you’ll be:- Greeting clients and their pets as they arrive — creating a warm, calm first impression every time
- Managing appointments — booking, rescheduling, and coordinating the daily schedule across veterinary and nursing teams
- Handling phone and digital enquiries — answering questions, providing information, and converting enquiries into bookings
- Processing payments, issuing invoices, and managing end‑of‑day reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records in the practice management system
- Coordinating with the clinical team on patient flow, wait times, and any schedule changes
- Following up with clients post‑visit — appointment reminders, vaccination recalls, and collecting feedback
- Keeping the reception and waiting areas clean, organised, and welcoming
- You have experience in a client‑facing role — veterinary, medical, hospitality, or premium retail
- You’re warm, professional, and calm under pressure — even when the waiting room is full
- You’re organised, detail‑oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- You’re comfortable with technology and excited to work with modern booking systems and client communication tools
- You genuinely love animals and understand how important a pet is to their owner

- You’re based in the GCC, or open to relocation
