Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in Dubai. The Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care, perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care. The role also includes educating patients and families about care plans, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to healthcare standards and regulations.
Qualifications- Patient care skills, including performing assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering treatments
- Strong knowledge of healthcare protocols, medication administration, and handling medical equipment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for educating patients and collaborating with teams
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- A degree in Nursing (Bachelor's or equivalent) and a valid nursing license
- Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is an advantage
- Compassion, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
