Job Description:

• Monitor and implement quality improvement initiatives across all hospital departments
• Ensure compliance with MOHAP/JCI standards and patient safety goals
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and support root cause analysis
• Coordinate quality indicators monitoring and reporting
• Support policy development and continuous improvement programs

• Implement and monitor infection prevention and control programs
• Conduct infection surveillance and reporting
• Ensure compliance with national and international IPC standards
• Provide staff education and training on infection control practices
• Monitor hand hygiene and sterilization processes
• Participate in outbreak investigations and audits

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in ICU
• Assess, diagnose, and manage complex medical conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management
• Supervise ICU procedures and ensure best clinical practices
• Respond to emergency cases and support critical care interventions
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment plans
