Arabic Speaking General Practitioner DHA Home Healthcare

General Practitioner (GP) with Aesthetic and ICU experience in a Home Healthcare setting is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients at home, particularly those requiring post-critical care monitoring, chronic disease management, and continuous medical supervision
. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality patient care while coordinating with nurses, caregivers, and family members.

• Patient Assessment & Clinical Management
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for home care patients
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Monitor patients recovering from critical illnesses or post-ICU hospitalization
• Treatment & Medication Management
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and diagnostic tests as required
  • Review and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response
  • Ensure safe medication administration and monitor for adverse reactions
• Home Visits & Patient Care Coordination
  • Conduct regular home visits to assess patient condition and treatment effectiveness
  • Coordinate with home healthcare nurses, physiotherapists, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
  • Liaise with hospitals and specialists when escalation of care is required
• Emergency Response & Clinical Decision Making
  • Identify early signs of medical deterioration and take immediate action
  • Provide urgent medical interventions when necessary before hospital transfer
  • Guide caregivers and nurses on emergency response procedures
• Patient & Family Education
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications
  • Provide guidance on wound care, nutrition, infection prevention, and rehabilitation
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
  • Ensure compliance with home healthcare regulations and clinical protocols
  • Prepare clinical reports and follow regulatory standards
