We are an upcoming premium Assisted Stretching studio in Dubai helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being through personalized assisted stretching sessions, both at our studio and in clients’ homes.

We are looking for passionate Assisted Stretch Trainers to join our growing team. You will deliver personalized assisted stretching sessions in both studio and home settings, helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

This role is ideal for trainers or therapists who enjoy working closely with people and want to grow with a boutique wellness brand.

• Deliver professional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions (studio & home).
• Assess clients’ flexibility, mobility, and movement limitations.
• Create personalized stretch plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and proper body mechanics.
• Track client progress and maintain accurate session records.
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and a positive experience at all times.
• Support client retention by building strong, long-term relationships.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an excellent client experience.

• Background in stretching or physiotherapy

• Basic knowledge of human anatomy and movement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, professional, and client-focused personality.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel better in their bodies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full-time role.
• Studio and home sessions
• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic salary of AED 3,000 and monthly bonuses on completion of x amount of sessions.
