- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (minimum of three (3) years full‑time course duration) or equivalent.
- Must hold a valid license or registration to practice in home country or country of last employment (where applicable).

- Minimum of two (2) years of recent post‑graduate experience in paediatric nursing.
- Knowledge and ability to render care based on age, appropriateness, and developmental needs of patients.
