Patient Relations Supervisor | Arabian Center | Al Mizhar | Dubai

About the role

The purpose of this role is supervising day-to-day activities of Patient Relations Executives (PRE) and support Unit In-charge in all aspects of front office functions.

You will oversee and coordinate the PREs department, performance and functions. Constantly update and bring any concerns to the attention of the Patient Experience Manager and Unit in Charge. Ensure that standards set are met, highlight concerns and deviations from the objectives and goals by providing necessary evidence and suggesting alternative solutions.

What Qualifies You for the Role:
  • Previous customer service experience working in a Clinic or Hospital is essential.
  • Significant experience in management of a team of healthcare administrators.
  • Significant experience working in healthcare customer care and medical administration/booking administration roles with demonstrated commercial awareness.
  • Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
  • Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Computer Literacy skills are required.
