ONSITEJob description
* ** Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, or Healthcare Operations Manager in Dubai/UAE
*** Strong understanding of
** dental clinic operations**, patient journey, scheduling, insurance processes, and revenue management
* Proven track record in managing
** multi-disciplinary teams**, including Front Desk, Treatment Coordinators, Nurses, and Doctors
* Experience in driving
** revenue growth, patient acquisition, treatment plan conversion, and operational KPIs
*** Strong knowledge of
** DHA regulations**, healthcare compliance, and clinic policies
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
* Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve clinic performance
* Experience handling patient complaints and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction
* Proficient in clinic management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation
* ** Preferred:
** Previous experience in a high-volume dental group in the UAE
* Fluency in English is mandatory;
Arabic speaking would be an advantageEN
