We're Hiring – Massage Therapist
GMP Privé Beauty & Fitness is a leading home service wellness and beauty company, providing premium services to clients across Dubai. We are looking for skilled and professional Massage Therapists to join our growing team.
Position: Massage Therapist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full‑time
Salary & Benefits- Salary starting from AED 2,500 plus incentive (Negotiable based on experience)

- Provide professional massage therapy services at clients' homes.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
- Prepare and manage therapy equipment and products.
- Ensure client comfort, satisfaction, and safety throughout the service.
- Follow company service protocols and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Aromatherapy, or other massage techniques.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations.
- Knowledge of hygiene and wellness standards.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Own visa candidates are preferred.
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage
- Knowledge of Deep Tissue Massage
- Experience in Aromatherapy Massage
- Understanding of Hot Stone Therapy (preferred)
- Ability to perform Relaxation and Stress Relief Treatments
- Knowledge of Sports Massage techniques (preferred)
- Understanding of human anatomy and muscle structure
- Excellent client consultation and assessment skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards
- Time management and punctuality
- Ability to work independently at clients' locations
- Physical stamina to perform multiple therapy sessions per day
- Problem-solving and client-handling skills
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Knowledge of wellness, spa, and relaxation therapies
- Ability to recommend suitable treatments based on client needs
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Certified Massage Therapist or Spa Therapist
- Previous experience in home service, spa, wellness center, or hotel spa
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Own visa preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory
