Golf Operations Attendant – Discovery Dunes Golf Club
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival and departure at the golf club and range.
• Provide service during the round, responding promptly to any player requests.
• Stock and maintain golf carts with beverages, towels, and amenities throughout the day.
• Ensure carts are always staged and ready for use.
• Ensure club carts and personal golf carts are clean and ready for use in correct locations.
• Provide valet service to members and park and collect luxury cars.
• Clean and count player clubs before and after each round.
• Set up and break down range equipment and amenities daily.
• Perform closing duties such as washing golf balls, restocking buckets, and cleaning carts.
• Provide valet services to maintain the highest standards of member satisfaction.
• Potentially provide caddie services if qualified.
• Attend department meetings and trainings as necessary.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and terminology is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy times.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
