• A proven track record of 2-3 years in a similar role, delivering Sensational Experiences synonymous with FIVE's Award-Winning Service Quality.
• Remarkable Experience in managing Outdoor Venues is preferred.
• Excellent skills in Planning and Organising the bar, beverage promotions, and activities, orchestrating Lively and Engaging Experiences for our Guests.
• Sophisticated Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as Innovative and Trendy techniques, taking every opportunity to educate both Guests and Fellow ‘FIVERs’.
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.

• Develops and delivers industry-leading 'FIVER' Training Programmes, enhancing the FIVE Tribe's knowledge and expertise.
• Showcases an in-depth Knowledge of All Bar Beverages to verify their preparation according to recipe and presentation, as well as Educates FIVE Tribe Members on the Correct Beverage Standard.
• Adheres to FIVE’s Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations, and Procedural Standards, ensuring all ‘FIVERs’ understand and apply them Effectively.
