Job Responsibilities- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Check the accuracy of the guest’s reservations, order and other requests
- Visit the guests at occupied tables to confirm guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in Opera POS
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- At least 1–2 years experience working in a similar role
- Hospitality background is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
