The overall scope of a Training Coordinator is to ensure that the hotel is using the "off-line" as well as "on-line" learning tools provided by Kempinski to ensure as a company we are developing and growing talent within the organisation thus securing the hotels ability to deliver exceptional guest service.

• Support the hotel to implement the 70-20-10 training strategy and ensures that the hotel achieves the company key performance indicators for training engagement
• Achieve Kempinski training engagement rate.
• Support the hotel in ensuring that Kempinski training policies and procedures are fully implemented and complied with.
• Implement training marketing strategy as defined by the Hotel or Regional Office.
• Support Kempinski DNA and brand immersion activities.
• Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of the training services offered.
• Work together with department heads and analysis operational quality performance using the Kempinski Experience Assessment Tool (KEA) and based on the results provide remedial training solution.
• Complete Kempinski Experience Assessment (KEA) Checks as specified by the hotel management.
• Support the departments in training and developing Training & Departmental Trainer team members.
• Support the hotel in ensuring that the Kempinski Training Monthly report is correctly completed on a monthly basis and the results updated in the Regional Training Consolidation Report.
• Lead by example and promote Kempinski’s core values.

• A minimum of one (1) year experience in the hospitality industry
• One year as a Training Admin or Coordinator or similar position
• Good Verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good PowerPoint skills
• Should be result & quality driven.
• Entrepreneurial, straightforward, leader, team player, works well under pressure. people oriented.
