The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests while adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Specific responsibilities include:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
• Replenish guest room amenities, such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and meeting rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient room turnover.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
• Adhere to established cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Respect guest privacy and handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.
• Assist in deep cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance as needed.

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a comparable role is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate autonomously and efficiently in a high-pressure environment is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to upholding superior standards of cleanliness are imperative.
• Superior communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with guests and colleagues are required.
