Job Description

A Front Desk Agent - Arabic Speaker is a crucial role within the hospitality sector, acting as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner upon arrival.
  • Perform accurate check-in and check-out processes following hotel procedures.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information and records.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guests' needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist guests with luggage and perform minor concierge duties as required.
  • Process guest payments and handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest information and hotel activities.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, appearance, and conduct at all times.
  • Assist in coordinating emergency situations and provide necessary support as needed.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and hotel management software systems.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • High level of professionalism focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
