The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, using the restaurant’s reservation system.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and entrance area.
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries about the restaurant, menu, or reservations.
• Assist with guest special requests or complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Keep an updated seating chart and coordinate with servers to balance tables.
• Ensure guests are thanked and invited to return upon departure.
• Support the team with administrative or service-related tasks when needed.

• Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in a customer service role (preferably in F&B).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle busy periods with grace and efficiency.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Seven Rooms, Open Table, Resy) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
