We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Lobby Hostess to be the welcoming face of Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. This role is all about creating exceptional first impressions, ensuring smooth guest interactions, and actively promoting our hotel’s unique Food & Beverage experiences. Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and requests in the lobby area.
- Promote and upsell the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets, menus, and special offers.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.

Qualifications- Previous experience in hospitality or guest relations is an advantage.
- Fluency in multiple languages (English required; Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, or Mandarin highly desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven mindset with enthusiasm for promoting hotel offerings.
