Executive Search Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Search Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-level executives and senior professionals for our clients. This role requires strong research skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their leadership hiring needs, company culture, and business goals.
  • Conduct thorough market mapping, industry research, and talent intelligence to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using databases, networking, headhunting, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients.
  • Manage end-to-end executive search assignments, from initial briefing to successful placement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor intelligence, and industry movements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout the search process.
Qualifications & Skills
  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in executive search, recruitment, or headhunting (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of executive-level recruitment practices and industry-specific networks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and Linked In Recruiter.
