Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from offer letter to exit formalities.
- Oversee documentation, contracts, visa processes, and HR compliance.
- Deliver induction programs and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives aligned with company culture.
- Act as a trusted HR contact for staff, supporting wellbeing and motivation.
- Organize employee events, training programs, and recognition activities.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with payroll coordination and KPI reporting.
- Draft HR reports and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Event & Travel Support:
- Provide HR support during events, including temporary workforce onboarding.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and on-site HR logistics.
- Be available to travel internationally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in events, exhibitions, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible to travel frequently and work in a project-driven environment.
