- Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS including system configuration maintenance and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS system.
- Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR metrics compliance and business insights.
- Partner with HR Payroll IT and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
- Support implementation of new modules systems or process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Document system processes and create user guides or SOPs for HR tools and workflows.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- 24 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday SAP Success Factors Oracle HCM ADP).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience with reporting data auditing and data quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is a plus.
