. We are looking for at least 2-3 years of Middle East recruitment experience, and we are not looking for HR/onboarding experience as the role sits in the capacity of a hardcore technology recruiter who will work in high‑end tech mandates.

Job PurposeThis role is responsible to provide support to the manage in the recruitment process by reviewing and developing the process and to submit periodic reports and recommendations to enhance different areas of the function.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, вариан or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
- In‑depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Commercial mindset and natural drive for business development and client management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Oversee the recruitment pipeline and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.
- Scope new roles and develop interview loops in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Source, interview and evaluate candidates for permanent and direct‑hire opportunities.
- Interface with external recruiting organizations.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Build, grow, and own your desk within high‑demand sectors: finance, tech, life sciences, or engineering.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals).
- Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
- Improve recruitment processes to better serve candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
- Identify and develop talent in high‑end technology roles such as ICT/Cybersecurity, data science, AI, Business Intelligence, SAP, Cyber Security.
- Negotiate salary with potential hires based on position requirements.
- Prospect local businesses and engage with local networking groups.
