Keystone Global Hiring Property Consultants Team Leaders Real Estate
We are looking for driven and dynamic Sales Candidates to join our growing real estate brokerage team in Dubai.
Location: Dubai
Experience: 3 months - 5 years (Only Real Estate experience)
Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent presentation and closing skills.
