Systems Ltd is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale BSS transformation projects for a major telecom client in Dubai. This role is critical for driving end-to-end delivery of complex business support systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.

As a Project Manager, you will engage with senior stakeholders, manage cross‑functional teams, and oversee the full lifecycle of BSS transformation initiatives. You will ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards while navigating the challenges of large-scale telecom projects. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies and contribute to strategic digital transformation in the telecom sector.

• Lead and manage large-scale BSS transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with C‑level stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.

• Proven experience in Telecom domain with a focus on BSS transformation.
• Minimum 8+ years in project management, including large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of telecom processes, OSS/BSS architecture, and integration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

• Experience with digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of multi‑vendor telecom ecosystems.
• Exposure to MEA telecom market dynamics.
• Advanced certifications in project management or telecom technologies.
