Now we’re searching for a world-class UI/UX Designer — someone who doesn’t just design interfaces, but experiences that traders feel. Someone who can turn complex data into something elegant, functional, and deeply intuitive.

You live and breathe design. You obsess over spacing, typography, and micro-interactions. You know what a 2-pixel misalignment looks like — and it bothers you.

You understand trading and fintech. You know how traders think, how they analyse, and how they interact with data. You’ve designed dashboards, CRMs, analytics tools — and you love the challenge of taking something complex and making it effortless.

You’ll be designing interfaces for:

• Trader Dashboards — risk gauges, notional volume tools, portfolio analytics, trade history, performance breakdowns
• CRMs and Admin Systems — visualising data, KPIs, and client journeys
• Payment and Wallet Interfaces — seamless UX for deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions
• Data-Driven Analytics Platforms — interactive charts, graphs, and performance modules that traders can feel

• Design and prototype cutting-edge trading dashboards, CRMs, and analytics tools for Finotive’s ecosystem
• Translate complex financial data into clear, functional, and interactive visualisations

• Create pixel-perfect Figma design with complete attention to alignment, hierarchy, and user journey logic
• Collaborate directly with backend devs, product leads, and the CEO to ensure design and functionality align
• Help shape Finotive’s design system and brand language across all digital products
• Continuously refine designs through testing, feedback, and iteration

• 5+ years’ experience in UI/UX design
  , ideally within fintech, trading, or analytics-driven platforms
• Portfolio that proves it — dashboards, CRMs, or analytical software you’ve personally designed
• Advanced in Figma (components, auto-layout, responsive systems, and design libraries)
• Deep understanding of trading environments — leverage, drawdown, P&L, margin, risk management, etc.
• Experience designing data-rich and chart-heavy interfaces (charting libraries, analytical tools, performance breakdowns)
• Unmatched attention to detail and consistency in layout, typography, and design logic
• A strong sense of user empathy — knowing what traders actually need, not just what looks good

• Familiarity with Match-Trader, Trade Locker, cTrader, or MT5 interfaces
• Understanding of React front-end design implementation
• Experience collaborating with fintech or prop trading teams
